Ground floor room in a visible area.
Negatives:
Didn't feel safe. Originally was given a room on the back row, 2nd floor...looking at the woods. Asked to be moved, they did. While taking a shower, someone tried to get in my room, lucky the safety bar worked. Did not stay Saturday night as planned.

There is no way this a 3 star hotel!! It is in major need of cleaning AND repairs. The breakfast was non existent, literally no food, only empty containers. No ice machine. If I saw it before booking, there's no way I would've picked it.

It was absolutely horrible. Found drugs, on the elevator, dirty bathroom, toilet didn't flush, not bath towels wash cloths, soap. Front deak didn't care and GM not available to complain. Even your rep didn't care. Will never use either again.

The room was nice. The housekeeping staff was excellent; friendly and accommodating.

No light on the back side of the buildings. I came back after dark to a pitch black parking lot. The outside of the complex was dirty. The pool area was nice, but not enough tables and chairs.

I should have known when I walked in the lobby and smelled mildew that I should have turned around. I checked in, walked in the room and was hit with a horrible smell. The floors were not swept and bad water stains on the ceiling. I left. Do not book!

Nothing I liked, I rather sleep in my car than booking this hotel . As soon as you come in it smells like weed and the atmosphere is horrendous ,when I checked in they asked me for cashi told then only have credit then told me they didnt have my room

They asked me for my credit card for deposit just to tell me they were overbooked . They made me wait and charged me for the room again they sneaky lady told me sorry and claims she did a refund I still have to check if is returned, room was nasty

The laundry facilities don't work and the people in the next room fight quite frequently waking me up and making my dogs barking due to the screaming. Other than that the staff was helpful.

The room was big and so 2 of us weren't cramped together. Breakfast was very good!

Since the hotel changed ownership, it was in a transition phase. The TVs had been taken off wall mounts, but the wall mounts were still attached to the wall. Looked weird. The mirror in the restroom was not attached to the wall and pointed at the toilet.

The ice makers didn't work and the floor in the room was dirty and made the bottom of my feet black. I cleaned it myself with an old towel, but no guest should have to clean the floor in their room.
