Negatives: Damp soggy floors, no outdoor lighting, pee covered smelling beds with no mattress protector,.

Negatives: I would give 0 stars if I could!! They have ZERO extra pillows, towels and blankets available! NONE!! I have never in my entire life been to a hotel that didn't have extra items in hand! Even if the hotel is booked solid! The pillows they provide are pretty much half the size of a normal pillow so it's like you're sleeping on a pancake. Plus they have no ice buckets in the room! How are we supposed to get ice from the dirty ice machine??? The walls are paper thin and can hear everything going on in the other rooms au all hours of the night. Also there is no lighting in the parking lot or on the outside of the buildings in the back. We couldn't see the stairs when we were coming home at night. Really unsafe to have zero lighting in the parking lot at night. I would never, in my life, ever recommended this place! Plus the pool was dirty and the floors in the room were not swept. I know this place was on the cheaper end but I've stayed at a Days Inn cleaner and more helpful than this place! It claims to be under new management, might want to look again for better management! I seem multiple bad reviews and didn't think too much of it. Maybe they were hard to please, but they all were absolutely right! And then the hotel comments to let the staff know to do better. Haven't seen any changes, and most comments were months ago!

Negatives: Check in and check out dishonest workers

Negatives: Remodeling the place. Long term residents. Internet very slow. No restocking of room; garbage removal, coffee. Request for towels and pillows forgotten. Could see daylight under door.

Negatives: They were under staff

Negatives: I recently stayed there last week it took from 10:00 pm till 1am to get my room and I felt like I should’ve received a free night due to the hotel issue.

Negatives: Cold water 5 showers on 6 day stay after 4 days was offered a 2 queen room instead of a King room welfare check by police at 3 am banging on the door next to us then women coming and going in the middle of the night breakfast was empty

Negatives: Very rundown and we didn’t know that the hotel was also an apartment building. The first room smelled like smoke the second room we couldn’t get in because the keys didn’t work, the third room didn’t have any towels or soap or shampoo. I asked an employee to bring me some, but it never came.
