Negatives: The hotel charged me two times for the stay - then when i mentioned it to the lady that charged me she initially said I was wrong. After proving it to her, she then said she would fix it and "you can go to your room, i'll sort it" which could be taken as rude. Anyway, she didn't and then i woke up with a third charge - So I paid three times. Anyway the two girls i spoke to the morning after were more efficient and sorted a refund.
