Location was the best thing about the property. It’s old and outdated. The pool wasn’t functioning. The air in the room didn’t seem to be working properly.

In the room, there was still a used washcloth in there. The toilet seat shifted as if it were broken. The drain in the tub needed to be fixed. Also, they charge $15 for breakfast, which is something very different from most hotels. The price was not worth it overall.

It needs to redone the whole property. The furniture, paint and carpet. It was old looking. The elevator smelled strong of bleach and no air in the elevator. We stayed at this property about 6 years ago and nothing has been done to it.

I am incredibly disappointed. I chose this location because of the outside pool and there was no water in the pool. I tried to use the ice machine in the morning. It didn’t work. There was what I’m hoping is facial hair in the sink. No soap. And when we went to ask someone about it, there was no one at the desk.

Staff was very unhelpful. I understand checkin time is at 3 pm but in all my years of staying in a hotel I NEVER had to wait until 3:00 pm to check in. I arrived at 2:00 pm and had a graduation at 3:00 pm the front desk clerk said you cant check in until 3 I asked were there any possibility I can check in early i just drive 5 hours and me and my kids need to change and leave back out. She went to the back to ask and you hear the rudeness from the person saying no. So me and my kids had to get dressed in the bathroom in the lobby. Ridiculous and horrible customer service and care for the guest.
