Hotel was closed upon arrival, no one informed us of this before traveling, referred to sister hotel and was asked to pay for another nights stay and refund was promised still havent received it, this is the second time i was to receive a refund from home 2 suites and did not I am officially done.

Positives:
Proximity to FSU and restaurants; pet friendly status. Excellent breakfast. Although I don?t need handicap accommodations I was impressed that there was a chair lift at the pool for those needing assistance

I can only speak to our room; but, the door lock was either tampered with or incorrectly installed as the inside deadbolt doing freely without locking. Hotel did remedy this immediately. The beds were not comfortable and had noticeable DIPS in the center

This is a wonderful hotel!! The staff was very welcoming, the hotel was clean, the room was very comfortable and breakfast was delicious.

The entire building needed updating and repairs. For example, there was lots of cracked flooring throughout, from the lobby to the elevators. Shower looked like it had been painted on the floor but it was all worn down and chipping. Overall, the property did not appear to the normal Hilton standard.

Literally never got into the hotel. Could not find my reservation and I ended up having to stay at someone's house instead. No helpful employees either.

The room was super dirty especially the bathroom. The toilet was vomit and the shower super dirty. I reported to them. They get mad and give me bad attitude. And the sad thing is they didn?t do anything for resolving.
