When I walk into the hotel I'm greeted immediately by the desk clerk especially when Miss Amber is on duty.
Negatives:
The drink machine was out of order but this is a very unusual occurrence because all of the refreshment machines are always working when I stay at the hotel.

This was the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I did not get the bed arrangement that I booked. Room was dirty and had such a strong mold smell it made us sick Did not feel safe as there were a lot of undesirables in the parking lot
