Wyndham Garden Tallahassee Capitol

Negatives: Very sketchy surroundings. The BKACK MOLD smell was so bad in the lobby and halls. I have had sore throat and nasal issues. Since I walked in. The mini fridge was hanging out, there was someone else’s trash shoved in the cubbies the towels were in and there was a big piece of wood that I think was supposed to cover some electrical but it was not and when I moved a chair it fell on me. The bathroom was filthy like someone had used it before we got there or it was never cleaned. And one of the beds had these metal rods sticking out that you banged your leg on and that same bed if you sat on one side the mattress would teeter/totter. It was game day weekend and there was no other hotels available to move to. Believe me I checked!

Negatives: -drain flies along and in the sink and tub (seems like this is a known issue by the staff) -carpet was dirty throughout the hall -room lighting didn't work from the floor lamp or the desk lamp. I had to rely on the bedside lamps and the bathroom light -A/C temp was not properly working in my room -remote control was secured with blue painters tape -elevator smelled like weed -ice machine had a leak near the bottom -next door neighbors were VERY loud and unruly at 2am These are just the things I remember off the top of my head. I'm really disappointed in my stay this go round. I've stayed at this hotel several times in the past (last time was 2019) and had never had a complaint about it. I'm not sure what happened or when it happened, but it's a 180 degree turn on the quality scale. I won't be returning to this hotel or recommending anyone stay there unless a drastic change happens which is a shame because of thr excellent location.

Negatives: The elevator was extremely inconvenient, you had to go up and down 8 steps to get to and from it. Lint on shampoo, dirty vent in bathroom. The hallway carpet was disgustingly dirty. It is not worth the money. I would not go there again.

Negatives: Dirty, malfunctioning fridge, broken mirror, mold under or rust under fridge and bed, ABSOLUTELY DIRTY HALLWAYS

Negatives: The carpet was dirty in the halls. The first room we got, the toilet seat on the left side was missing screws to secure the toilet. And the second room smelled like someone was smoking. .

Negatives: Roaches on the room, pubic hair in the shower. The breakfast was horrible, it’s complimentary tho.

Negatives: The dirty rugs in the hallways, the shower tub looked dirty and the curtain for the shower did not close

Negatives: We did NOT enjoy our two nights stay at this Wyndham Garden Tallahassee Capitol Property. For two nights in a row the staff provided us wrong room accommodations already occupied by other guess. Seems that hotel-staff don't care about customers or they don't know how to use their systems. Or hotel employees needs education on how to use their systems. This was a SECURITY issue created by hotel personnel, imaging the situation complaining every night at our hotel arrival with the front desk staff that room keys and room number provided by them in two consecutive days were WRONG, also what we field, physically and mentally and emotionally as guess opening the door with room provided keys and finding an occupied room, my good this was unacceptable. Management of this site I formally request a FULL REFUND, I want my money back ... awkward, horrible experience, I don't recommend this Wyndham Garden Tallahassee Capitol location to anyone
