Room was very clean and smelled amazing. Front desk Receptionist was very friendly kind and knowledgeable.
Negatives:
Building is old and you can see they are making improvements. But they do have an undesirable person walking around the parking lot... he is kind of sketchy. Also the bathroom did not have a fan. So when we showered with hot water, the entire room would fill up with the humidity.

I liked the area and the breakfast was great on the first day.

Breakfast was cold on the second morning.Also, when leaving our hotel room, we expected for room service to tidy up the hotel room. Upon returning, it was in the same state that we left it in. And the trash was there until the next day which was with food the night before.

The floor stayed wet, as in puddles, the entire stay. Possibly condensation, not sure. I took a towel and mopped the whole floor 3 times in my 20-hour stay. I slipped and fell into the wall, hitting my left shoulder on the wall. Thank God my luggage was against that wall or I could have really hurt myself. My luggage broke my fall. I called 2 staff to see the puddles on my floor and their response was, "they knew about it and that it's always that way. We don't know why they keep opening these rooms". The front desk was notified via my cell phone, because my room phone did not work. Her name was Ginger. All she said was, "so you're not staying another day"
