Location is in a good spot.
Negatives:
The staff at the reception are extremely unfriendly, and not helpful. They don’t even greet you when you arrive. I was greeted with the following sentence “we don’t have rooms, come at 3 pm” while I didn’t even begin to mention why I was here, no good morning or hello or even a welcome to our hotel. Extremely disappointing staff. The rooms and corridor smell bad. There needs to be a much better ventilation system.

Room smelt and blackout blind would not roll up so room dark - reported the problem and their fix was to wind it half up to let some light in during the day but then didn’t work as a blackout blind at night obviously

The air condition in the room stopped working
The blinds for the windows could not be adjusted , the lever was broken
The hotel in the whole needs updating , as the it has a dated look, for example the carpet in the hallway was frayed

Positives:
From the warm greeting until checkout everything was great! The customer service was awesome, the room was clean and bed was comfortable, the breakfast was fresh and delicious, and check out was a breeze! I would definitely stay here again.
Negatives:
They were in the middle of renovations so what i didnt like was minimal and not worth mentioning.
