Location and internet for your phone, tablet, computer only, not for the TV.
Negatives:
I requested a smoke free room, upon arrival the room smell like smoke (requested maintenance), they brought a spray; did not work. There were no pans, no plates,no forks, no toiletries (with the exemption of a mini soap bar). You have to buy pans or plates, that they sell. Just 2 body towels and 4 hand towels. No hair dryer, no iron (requested and they supplied one), no iron board. Just one chair in the room. You have to take your own trash outside to the dumpster. If you want to change your bed sheets, you have to bring them yourself to the lobby and pay $1.25 for them to be changed, and you will do the bed. The disability shower, flooded the bathroom and kitchen floor. TV is not internet supported, you have Dish though, but can not stream. Carpets on the hallways are super dirty.

The staff treats you like you are not are not a Customer they treat you like you are prisoners when you extend your stay they kick you out of your room at 11 and then let you back in at 3 PM. If you are one minute late, they locked our pets in there would not let us get any of her belongings or pets they don’t tell you about the Wi-Fi. They don’t have Netflix there they just let you pay for it. They charge you the pet fee on the days that they feel like it because they are not in a good mood and the days that they don’t want to and then the other days they don’t charge you pet fees, so you never know, they are not friendly they are not nice. They are extremely rude and I left because of it and I will never be back because of it.

The room was ok but there was suppose to be a couch which wasnt there. Only gave us one towel a person but no wash cloth or hand towel at all. Not even a plastic cup in the room.

I liked that there was a fridge, stove, and big microwave.
Negatives:
The fridge was making a funny noise at night and the ac unit so it made it a bit hard to sleep. My tv remote would not turn the tv on and the man at the front desk was nice enough to come up and help me get it on using buttons on tv.
