The Room was clean and comfortable, especially the beds. The bathroom was a decent size with Dove Products which was nice. The rooms were a bit noisy, especially by the street but we were so tired to care most nights! If I had to choose, we would stay here again. Special shoutout to Manager Pam & Front Desk Host, Devin! You all were amazing and we truly are grateful for such great hospitality!

Breakfast was delicious. There is a pool at the hotel that we went to at night. The room and bathroom were clean. They clean the rooms every other day. The staff were friendly and helpful. Check in and out were easy.

I was double charged for my 1 night stay. After I attempted over 7 times to resolve over the phone and in person, including receiving a receipt that I would be credited, I still have not received a credit back.

I reserved a king room. I was given a so-called upgrade to a queen suite. If I wanted a queen, I would have reserved one. I needed a place to sleep. I did not need all the extra space. The desk clerk was very unapologetic.

The hotel and our room was very clean. We enjoyed the morning breakfast and the available options. The location is close to the USF campus and across the street from Busch Gardens. The staff was very friendly.
Negatives:
I did not feel comfortable walking to any location outside of the hotel as it felt a bit unsafe. Sadly, there are homeless people outside of the hotel, within close proximity to the parking lot. I do wish there was more of a police presence within the area.
