Positives:
They always repeat breakfast, they offer an egg which is very unpleasant. The bathroom in the room, the shower was rotating, and the water came out everywhere; the clogged toilet g when you call to have it unclogged, they tell you: this always happens, but you can go down and look for the drain unclog and do it yourself. And if that were not enough, the elevator breaks down and the person at the reception, a girl with no education at all (the same one who suggests I go down and unclog the pipe) tells me, well, but you can exercise. So now a receptionist with little empathy, education and at the same time rude insinuates to a customer that he is fat? Luckily I'm thin; but the other couple that was with a cane; What did he intend? Too much incompetence with staff

The staff was nice and pleasant.
Negatives:
The room smelled awful there were stains all over the walls. I booked a queen room and was given a full size bed. You can clearly see in the photo i attached the headboard is a queen size. The mattress was clearly replaced with a full size mattress. The hotel overall was in need of a deep cleaning I seen a dead roach by the elevator in the lobby. Not a good experience I will never stay at Laquinta agian. Overall a very unpleasant experience.
