I like the front desk staff the morning breakfast was good beds were comfortable parking lot was adequately lighted
Negatives:
We stayed in room 110 with twin beds. Bedding and bathroom were fine. I have a slight allergy to dust and mold. Soon after being in the room with the air on I could feel my sinus cavity starting to shrink. Probably the filter needed cleaning. After three nights we moved over to another hotel. I did not experience my sinus passages shrinking the three nights we were there. AC was running most of the time at the second property.

Nothing it smelled the food was bad no toilet paper no towels had to go ask for them my girlfriend fell in the hole next to the hot tub because the cover was broke and not on properly it was nasty and I felt so bad here no one cared about anything and a dog barked all night long not to mention all day

Many things… toilet ain’t flush, no towels in the room, no pool towels either, no extra blankets or pillows in the room, my daughter in law fell at the pool because the spa cap doesn’t fit right and she fell in it right up to her thigh and got really hurt cut her ankle and everything

Friendly staff! Only stayed because we were exhausted having been at Moffitt Cancer Center with a family member for 12 hours.

The building is old and in need of updating. The carpet was stained and soiled. Very outdated.

House keeping tried to get into my room as I was walking to the door in the morning. Didn’t give me enough time to even answer. I didn’t have a do not disturb sign to put on the door for that room. Other than that, I loved my stay.
