The cigarette smell was unbearable...yes, it was coded as a smoking room, but I was unprepared for the overwhelming stench... housekeeping should have some kind of cleaner to mask or remove lingering smoke for future clients/patrons. I also pulled back the bedding and noticed that the sheets had pubic hair (or body hair) engrained in the fibers. I returned to the front office (approx. 10 minutes later) and requested a refund. The front desk lady was very apologetic and understood. She made a note in the system to approve the refund through Booking.com: Conf. # 4482653284 Pin# 4862
