Negatives: Nothing. Everything exceeded my expectations.

Negatives: sometimes very noisy late nite and parking very tight

Negatives: Bathrooms were tiny and cramped. No towel racks. One tiny shampoo vial for 2 guests? Tiny Tim would be happy there. TV settings were incorrect, couldn’t see any shows on HD, aspect ratio was 4:3, image blurry with black bars framing the image. Tried fiddling with the original Samsung remote, but it was impossible to correct.

Negatives: The curtains & carpet were dirty

Negatives: Staff at front desk less than professional Staff loud laughter and loud conversations right I. Room next to breakfast for everyone to hear Dog in room next door barking and pot smell coming from adjoining door to my room 2 obvious times in my one night stay

Negatives: no computer & printer telephone had no cord to plug into the phone socket

Negatives: Front desk personnel are not very friendly. They do not greet you as you enter the lobby, at any time. Whether it is your first time there or as you are passing through to go out somewhere, they never say a word.

Negatives: TV didnt work well, no vending machines, etc

Negatives: Our room smelled like cigarette and marijuana smoke. I would’ve dealt with it without complaining except that my asthmatic daughter was with us. When I went to front desk to ask to switch rooms, they said they had no open rooms and it was probably coming from outside and couldn’t do anything for us. I was really irritated when I went back up to my room and passed the person next to us. (Our room was adjoined to theirs) It was very strong when they opened their door and could tell it was coming from their room. I went back down to complain and they said they’d come up and address it with manager and she would come speak to them but, no one ever came up. The smell came in waves all night into the next morning. My daughter was wheezing all night and there was not another hotel in the vicinity to go to. I said something about it when I checked out again and they didn’t seem to care.
