The staff was friendly.
Negatives:
The phone in the room didn’t work. At all. The room had a mildew smell. My AC was broken and made sounds all night. I didn’t realize until I only had to be there for a 5 hour sleep before leaving. The staff offered to move me rooms but it was more of a hassle to move rooms than to just deal with it for a few hours of sleep. Also, when I first got in the room my sheets smelled like a sweaty man had just gotten off work and laid in the bed. After thinking about the ac being broken, it made sense that someone probably laid down in the bed and realized the ac was broke & asked to switch rooms. I told my husband to never book this hotel for me again.

All of the staff was very helpful and courteous.
Negatives:
You would have to ask for hair dryer and coffee maker, cooking utensils, dish towel at front desk. It wasn't automatically in the room. Something must have happened for them to initiate that policy. I've always enjoyed staying there.

Very clean besides all the smelly dogs that are closed up on the elevators and a couple of the front desk staff was very polite and helpful but a few don't need to be working there their attitude will run away your guest
Negatives:
When I asked a couple of the housekeepers for towels and clean linen I got huffs and puffs and didn't even try to go and get Linen to bring it back to my room I had to go all the way down from the 4th floor to the front desk to get linen and clean towels to the point I don't want to ask for any more towels I went and bought a towel in a washcloth so I will not have to deal with the rude attitudes of asking for the amenities to be comfortable
