The sofa bed in the room was pretty beat up. I asked for additional sheets and towels to cover the top. Once you opened it, it had holes and worn spots.

The staff in particular talaya from reception and Ian . The restaurant staff were good in the main. However, a special thanks to Isabella for trying to help resolve my poor room experience.
Negatives:
The room , was awful, dated, not cleaned on one of the days, towels not changed, bins not cleaned , things falling out of the shower, a very musty smell in the room etc. the cost of the room was extortionate for what they provided.

The staff at this location went above and beyond to make sure that we could check in at 10:00 a.m. after traveling for 26 hours with our children. The rooms were clean and comfortable everything was clean.
Negatives:
The only downside to this location was a swimming pool it hasn't been maintained properly it needs to be shocked you can smell the bacteria of wet dog growing in it.
