Although I book stating I am traveling with a pet, I was still charged $50 a night. Also, it does not say on the site they also do a $100 charge.
I was there to do a class which I had to leave for by 7 am and arrive back at 8. I asked for a towel and was told they were closed and I needed to ask for one in the mornings. She begrudgingly gave me a pool towel.
The bed tilted down toward the head. The ac was not very cold and had to buy a fan. No vent in bathroom so very hot.
Site states ice and vending machine but neither work.

The property was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The pool was exceptionally clean which made it very inviting. The room was very clean and well equipped with a small kitchenette with dished, cookware, a small fridge but no freezer(my ice cream melted).
Negatives:
The staff was constantly complaining about things. Our stay on the beach was to celebrate my boyfriend and my birthdays so we had a couple friends come by for a couple hours. We made sure they parked elsewhere. We were not going to barbecue or anything. The man & woman that managed the hotel wanted 25$ extra per person. We explained that they only were visiting for a couple hours & that did not matter.

It was in a beautiful location perfect place to fish in the back and right across from several beach accesses shops and restaurants!
Negatives:
The pool was extremely hot I understand it’s Florida and the summer time but I’m pretty sure the pool was also heated the staff was accommodating but a little rude when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the room with our 12 year old and our dog was inside we had to buzz at the front desk because no one was on duty and when the lady finally came out of the back room we told her what room we were staying in and she maid a complaint about our dog barking so maybe don’t be a pet friendly if you don’t want to here dogs

Positives:
Great room, clean, nice owners, great location. A no frills, nicely kept hotel across from the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. A very good value for the money.
Negatives:
The air conditioners were older and noisy, but were adequate, the shower handle wad worn out and took a little figuring out to get it right, and the water in the pool was actually hot
