When we entered our room, there was hair in several places on be floor. When we re-entered later there was no hair. So either our movements in the bathroom caused the hair to move to parts unknown or housekeeping realized it hadn't finished cleaning the bathroom and re- entered after we left the room. The latter scenario makes us feel icky because we have no way of knowing if toilet was clean when we used it. In addition, on our second morning, a Saturday, I came to breakfast early. Hotel staff members were arguing politics loudly as they ate breakfast, which was disturbing. Then, one of the staff members turned the volume up on the morning news to the point it was disturbing too. We could not find a luggage trolly anywhere, although the day before there were four. The desk person said he'd call around to try and get us one. It never materialized. In the meantime, three staff members stood in a hallway talking for approx. a half hour. Then one went outside to smoke a cigarette.

The breakfast was good - average for this type of hotel. What I’m Most disappointed in is the Vast amount of disposables that you use. And no recycling in site. All the plastic and non reusables is unacceptable in this day. Please consider what your footprint is with all those throwaways. Also the chemicals you use to clean can’t be good either. Please remember you’re a member of the earth.

The pool was heated and clean. The free breakfast was big with a lot of options. The location was convenient.

We thought a Hilton would be amazing. The outside definitely was very appealing. Our room had a tub w/ big rust spots, leaking toilet,small fridge ran loud, gfi switches were loose, towel bars crooked.. Let desk attendant know but he was not interested.
