Staff was great. Angie and the other hotel staff did a great job at helping where we needed help to make sure we were satisfied with our stay. Pool area was clean. Rooms were clean. Hotel is in nice location close to downtown and the alot of beaches close by.
Negatives:
Alot of small issues to start off the week. All of our rooms weren't real close together like we had hoped. Had several issues with key cards for all of our rooms faulting out and having to be reset at the front desk every time. Hot tub was not very hot even though it seemed to be working fine.

Shower had very low water pressure and could not control water temp, it was either scalding or freezing cold. Front desk did put in a work order for it. Pool was partially closed due to damage to the bottom of pool. Hotel did have signs saying pool was going to be replaced towards the end of the month. But with sections of pool closed it was too crowded to use.

No housekeeping provided for duration of 4 nights stay. No clean towels provided unless we called or went to the front desk and asked for them. I went to the front desk and requested an extension of our original reservation for one additional day. The front desk agent made a mistake and I had to call and correct the office mistake the following day. No breakfast provided with stay. Nightly rate not worth the services provided. Location was convenient, so we stayed but we would not go back.
