Ramada by Wyndham Venice Hotel Venezia

Negatives: Upon checking in staff at front desk did not know that the pool and hot tub were closed for three days because of bacteria. After I checked in I found this out. So I canceled my stay asked for a refund twice Never received a refund Had to call my bank to receive my refund Room needed to be updated, Paint light fixtures broke etc.

Negatives: WE REQUESTED A SPECIFIC AREA TO BE BY THE POOL AS MY MOM AND SISTER ARE BOTH HANDICAPPED AND THAT DIDNT HAPPEN, WHEN I ASKED WHY BECAUSE THEY SAID WE COULD BE ACCOMODATED, THE WOMAN WAS NOT VERY NICE

Negatives: I booked weeks in advance for a regular room with 2 queen beds but when I arrived at approx. 9pm I was told sold out and given an accessible room with no phone and most importantly no window shades so no privacy. I was on ground floor. I paid almost $200 for room. I didn’t contact front desk because we were all tired and it was late. Staying only one night and no phone to call in room. When I checked out next morning and spoke to Ariana and asked for some sort of financial credit for bad room, she said no manager on duty to help me. I asked her to put in notes. I would like a partial credit for this situation as I will be coming back to Venice in the future. Thanks. I worked for Apple where customer service was #1 priority.

Negatives: Nothing.

Negatives: Bed was too inflexible. Needed more padding.

Negatives: The room needs a dehumidifier, despite the air conditioner being operational.

Negatives: They need to upgrade. Everything looked shoddy.

Negatives: Needed painting and cleaning in the stairwells. Outside lights near door was not working, even 4 days after I reported it and the jacuzzi heater was not working properly. Water was lukewarm warm.

Negatives: It was extremely noisy. They had a lot of FEMA workers there staying and there would be 10 to 12 people in one room. They partied late into the night. Doors were slamming lots ofdogs barking. I am grateful for FEMA workers and I know that area really needed them, but it was kind of out of hand there. I have stayed here multiple times, but it seems that the rooms went downhill. They are not as nice as they used to be. I like inside corridors and I got a room that opened directly to the outside.
