All staff were very friendly & helpful. Convenient location. Easy check-in & check-out. Room was clean, bed made and clean towels & soaps provided daily.
Negatives:
Breakfast was poor (though coffee was good!). 'Do-it-yourself' waffles were good, but with only 1 waffle-maker that took 2 min 30 seconds to cook a HUGE waffle the wait could be lengthy. Don't bother with the cardboard eggs, though bacon was good. Vending machines didn't work while we were there, no place to get water except vending machines & dining area (which was blocked off shortly after breakfast). Also beware if you've a bleach sensitivity. Cleaning staff uses lots of really strong bleach, scent lingers for hours. Only one 'comfortable' chair, so not good for two people to do more than sleep & bathe in the room.

Room smelled musty. Piles of leaves in the bottom of the pool However, when I asked for a net to clean leaves out myself. The front desk recept, came out and cleaned some of the leaves out of the pool herself. No laundry soap 4 sale, do have washer/dryer

I booked a room for 7days with a king room an bed was supposed to have a couch two bed side lamps an wall mounted TV etc but I never got any of that. Plus they took $50 on top of $856 an I haven't gotten that back yet. I feel as though the rate I paid for what I got wasn't right considering I never got what I booked. My son an I always made sure the room was cleaned an the last day we even rounded up all the dirty towels an put them together an the bedding to help the staff plus all our trash was kept together so they had easy cleaning.
