The room! Its was awesome! We were upgraded to a bigger room with a couch and it was sooo clean and comfortable

One of the elevators were broke and the other one was working overtime so it sounded like it was tired. Also, and this is most disappointing, there were no waffles for breakfast!! As a matter of fact, the breakfast was ok. Just ok

The breakfast was very good and had a nice variety of choices. The room was larger than we needed, but everything was clean and comfortable.

Unfortunately, the internet did not work when we tried to print our boarding passes. The man at the front desk was very helpful and patient, but he could never get the printer to work due to slow internet.
