It was clean and well furnished.
Negatives:
The staff especially at the front desk were not very knowledgeable and didn’t make efforts to try to resolve basic issues such as getting adaptors or making suggestions as to how one could get one. One of them directed me to the vending machine and I bought the pack which turned out to be the wrong charger and there was no empathy whatsoever. Thankfully a lady at the breakfast restaurant helped look for a charger temporarily and then directed me to a CVS store where I got the right adaptor. By the way the guy at the reception told me proudly that 99.8% of their guests were local so he knew nothing about adaptors. Very poor.

I was most impressed with Destiny at the front desk.. from the time we arrived on Friday May 31 until we left on Sunday, June 2. She treated us very special and didnt even know us until we arrived She was extra considerate to the fact that I had major knee surgery and my husband had the ALS disease She was so kind and getting us a room for an early check in, and assisted us through the weekend to make sure that our 18th wedding anniversary was flawless Along with the rest of your staff are very professional and we will be back very frequently!

We did not care for the food on the rooftop bar. The Caesar salad dressing had a lot of Dijon mustard in it and they forgot the Barada in my husband salad so he had to ask for it. The food was we wont be back for, but the service was good.
