THE YOUNG LADY AT CHECK IN & CHECK OUT WAS AMAZING!! VERY INFORMATIVE.
I HAD TO COME TO POLK COUNTY FOR COURT, SHE KNEW HOW TO GET THERE FOR MY SON'S MENTAL HEALTH HEARING AND I ONLY NEEDED 1 NIGHT OF STAY BUT IF I HAVE TO COME BACK I CERTAINLY WILL BE COMING BACK!!

The rooms were nasty and we checked out a day early because of this. There was mold in the bathroom and spots on the walls that looked like someone killed roaches. The beds were as hard as a rock and uncomfortable. If you don't mind any of this than this is the place for you but we will never be back.
