Nothing, i wanted another room, said they didn't have any. They promised me a refund, never got it

Clean your room!!!! There was clearly never any cleaning between guest. Dirty towels were still in my room, no shampoos/conditioners but i saw old bottles from the previous person. Hair on the bedding when i pulled back the blankets.

First room was filled with smoke. The second room has trash on the floor,Jewelery and a pill. We were told our monies would be refunded. That hasn't happened yet!

room reeked of smoke, sheets/pillows were filthy, it looked like someone rubbed feces on the walls, there were bugs, half a roll of used toilet paper in the bathroom, they advertised breakfast included, then said there was no breakfast when we arrived.

The lady who checked us in was nice but really the only highlight of our stay.

The rooms were beyond dirty. We asked for replacement sheets upon check in and they were provided but they needed to be replaced as well. Bathrooms were covered in body hair and both rooms reeked of smoke. The temperature units did not work properly.

There were some sort of bugs (maybe bed bugs) and the room was not clean at all. Missing pillow cases, half used soap bottles, greasy head board, and grimy counters. I had to clean and disinfect the room myself.

No breakfast, no coffee in room , no cups , no light over main room sink, only one light in shower/ toilet / sink bath , one light was missing! Only one bath towel, room smelled like cigarette smoke, was supposed to be smoke free room!

Where do I start? First room was terrible. Dirty toilet almost no toilet paper no coffee pot. No shampoo used bar of soap in shower!!! Next room was a tad better. Had shampoo. A coffee pot with no carafe or grounds. Tv remote didnt work. Dirty. Just bad

Everything. The first room they put me in when I first got there, I could smell marijuana. So they moved me to another room. There was hair in the shower. The shower didn't drain. The room was dirty. The furniture was torn. Disgusting

Room reeked of cigarette smoke. Linens were extremely old. Interior paint/carpet were old/dirty/nasty with vomit, or something, in the carpet/corner of room. Holes in walls. Outdoors not upkept.Had many shady characters loitering and yelling at all hours.

The cleaners had just made the bed using the same sheets from the previous customer. We complained and were given the next room which was no different

Just about everything. The security lock on the door was broken, the carpet was coming up by the door, the remote had the back missing and the only button that worked on it was the volume, stains on the bed, and the shower knob was barely hanging on.

Nothing. It was a misrepresentation. They are NOT a Baymont any longer, the signs are down and it is in fact a super 8 according to the key cards but no branding on the building

Filthy room, smoke detector is removed and missing. Cigarette burns on the bedding. Fecal matter on the walls in the bathroom, blood on the air conditioner. Air conditioner didn't work right. Smelled horrible. Drug addicts living in hotel. I have pictures

The room had bugs No fire alarm The toilet seat was broken, they said the maintenance guy was going to fix it but never showed up. The room was filthy when we got there.
