The cleaning, kitchen, and some of the front desk staff was great. Good location it's close to everything but also a lot of people making sure we knew to be careful in this area

Sheets and rop cover stained towels very dingy no hot water tub stained hallway floors lumpy elevator dusty and dirty room doors have to lift up on to close grits not fully cooked picture frames in rooms stained had to unplug the lamp to turn it off I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.

Only thing good about this place was the location

When we got there, all of the staff were sitting on their phones. No one greeted us. When we got to our room at 3:30 PM, after a 5 hour drive to get there, we wanted to take a shower. But couldn’t because there was no hot water. When we brought it to the front desk attention, they told us that some of the rooms don’t have hot water and that they’re working on it. Later that night when we returned from the event we were in town for, there was still no hot water. When I called the front desk, I was told that they were aware of it and then they were waiting for a part from corporate. When we got up, there was still no hot water, so we spent our entire weekend not being able to have a hot shower… We literally could only take a cold shower. Every staff member that we spoke to just blamed it on corporate.

The outside was very clean.

It was very noisy and you could hear people talking through the walls. I didn’t like the fact that there was a door that could be unlocked to lead you into another room. The tub in the bathroom wasn’t clean at all.
