i liked the gym area, bed was comfy and suite was nice and roomy. felt like my own little apartment. even came with work out equipment and a bike! staff was really attentive when my fridge wasn’t working at 11pm, so they swapped it out.

breakfast at the even kitchen and bar is not even worth spending money on, i wouldn’t eat there again. go to one of the local breakfast places near by, there are several!

Called guest services four different times, even called the main line number once.. out of five separate calls, zero times was the phone picked up.

Couldn’t get extra towels because no One would answer the desk phone.

We paid for the breakfast included with our room price, but it only included 1 breakfast when we had 3 people. Coffee maker also did not work in our room, which I asked ahead of time to make sure they had that available. Went downstairs to buy coffee from the bar in the morning.

They make you pay $12 to park in the parking lot of the hotel - absurd since you are staying there and it's just a regular lot surrounding the hotel - not a parking garage. Other thing is if you did not know the area they give you no information whatsoever - no information in their room about what is in the area, no info on turning on the television, guide, etc.
