I like the 24/7 Access to the indoor pool. My daughter and I had a great time!
Also, there where no bugs whatsoever, which is always a plus
The temperature in the room was nice and comfortable with no issues
Negatives:
I did not like that I was not informed that they charge for breakfast prior to my stay. I am used to hotels giving complementary breakfast or no Breakfast at all.

The custodians were very nice.

We booked a Queen handicap for the first floor, they didnt have one available when we arrived there. We ended up in a double twin room, which was lower in price & were not compensated for the difference in value. The lady at the desk was always occupied with her personal phone. We were too tired to complain & it didnt appear that complaining would help anyhow.
