The staff wasnt knowledgeable about the digital key access to the room. Did not offer a receipt upon checkout. I was told to request cleaning service during check in or if it wasnt needed, to place the dirty towels by the door to exchange for clean towels. I placed our dirty towels outside by the door. When we returned that night, they didnt place any new towels in the room. Pillows were flat, bed mattress didnt fit the frame. The frame on the bathroom mirror was damaged.
