The only good thing about this hotel was the front desk aka concierge professional Keke Flowers. We went through 6 rooms on day one. The only reason we stayed was because of her amazing customer service and her drive to make us the guest happy.
Negatives:
The rooms were dirty, smelly and unhygienic. The beds were in rough shape and very uncomfortable. The linens were dirty and almost every refrigerator had old stinky food in them. I would never be a guest again

The value was very good. It seemed like everything was well maintained and clean.

Breakfast was lacking. The hotel wasnt very busy and somehow they ran out food at the breakfast bar. We had to wait quite a while for them to refill items, and the pancake machine was broken.

1. Receptionist had an attitude when I checked in. 2. No room service till I requested someone clen the room. 3. No sign in room to put outside on th3 door for the maid. 4. There was a string of hair on the toilet seat. 5. Not enough food

The breakfast was great! Didnt have to get up and leave to grab a light breakfast or heavier breakfast. Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, excellent pancakes made perfect every time, oatmeal, cereals, muffins and pastries, bagels/toast, fruit/yogurt.

Had a pool that was not available for use, already covered. Temperature was in the mid 70s to 80s. No spa.

The toilet in our room wouldn't flush, we were told no maintenance on duty. Staff was rude, pool was closed (IN JULY), CABLE didn't work AT ALL our entire stay, coffee pot in room didn't work. Stain (blood?) on curtain. Breakfast was almost completely empty when we went down (45 minutes prior to end of hours posted)
