The location was perfect, the comfort was great. At check in it was good they were friendly.
Negatives:
The water went out on our second night, our room was NEVER cleaned the entire time that we were there. There were chips under the pullout sofa. The night after the water outage the front desk clerk was horrible. She seemed to be irritated, I asked questions about a refund and not being notified about the water outage, or the room not being cleaned. She had on a head scarf and responded very disrespectfully to all of my questions. Just was not a good representation of this company.

Very clean, staff was very nice, room was big and both sides of both beds had bedside tables, beds were so comfortable, also loved the stand up shower, no tub.
