The location was very good for both restaurants and shopping, also for getting to other nearby areas.
Negatives:
The breakfast offerings were OK, but we would have liked more choice of fresh fruit and different types of yoghurt.
Also, all the pillows were squishy. Offering at least one firmer pillow would have been welcome.

Being charged twice for a room after prebooking it. And still has yet to be resolved. And there was construction going on in the hotel they didn’t tell us about so it was very noisy.

The facilities were always clean. Furnishings were up-to-date. The bed was extremely comfortable. The shower was amazing. The hot water stayed hot and the water pressure was perfect. The TV with the personalized welcome message was a wonderful touch. This hotel was the best we've experienced.

Website said they had a shuttle and we were expecting to be able to use that but the shuttle wading running during our visit
