Food was good. Sunday June 9th, there was not enough hot food for customers. I think 9:00am is too early to end breakfast. The employee who was managing breakfast on Sunday was trying her best. I think she could have used some help.
Negatives:
The bed was comfortable. The room was clean other than a dog smell masked by a cleaner smell. I bought some disinfectant and it helped alot! You guys need an odor neutralizer, try airing out the rooms too. I don't have a dog, but I appreciate you welcome pets.

The first room I stayed in smelt of smoke and the hot water did not work after two days. We were moved to a better room which had Hot Water smell of smoke. I was overcharged $100 and have sent the Hotel numerous emails via booking .com however they keep replying asking me to contact the Hotel directly however they have not provided any email address and I am overseas and unable to call them or should I need to call them to discuss over the phone when email much more appropriate.
