The breakfast, it was above the breakfast I expected. The woman at the front desk in the morning was very friendly.

I don't like rooms with carpets, it seems they are dirty, it doesn't matter if they are or not. Also the smell of tobacco even for a non-smoking room. Small bathroom.

Positives:
The staff were extremely friendly and kind! Even offered to help get our things to the car. The location was wonderful right off of I-75.
Negatives:
Upon entering the room and going to the restroom, the toilet was clogged and was unable to flush. Had to contact the front desk and request they bring a plunger and we were able to fix it enough to utilize. We saw 2 baby COCKROACHES - one on the ceiling, and one on the sink counter. There were dried liquids on the wall of the restroom that looks like URINE(pictured). The shower had stains of “red specs” and didn’t appear clean enough to use. There was a half inch opening at the door to the outside that allowed the cold air to enter all night as was winter with unusually cold temps in the 20’s.
