I didnt like anything about the PROPERTY for one The 2 ladies at the front desk were rude the entire TIME ! ( Day and Night shift) They didnt have any towels available at all .. No soap in the bathroom no tissue and when i asked for towels to be brought up they never came . ghe toilet was stopped up … in all I would Never stay at AC downtown ATL ! Ive came previous times and it was never this bad … im so disgusted with the service and staff

The Darker Woman at the front desk was So Unprofessional had her kids sitting in the lobby waiting to swim .. the only thing i loved about this hotel was literally THE VALET Men .. They were very accommodating nice and respectful , i also work at another AC and its nothing Like AC atlanta .. i will be calling corporate or the GM of the AC in ATL .. i didnt like the way we were treated all the way around
