The location has easy access to highway and good food.
Negatives:
The staff were unprofessional. It took a long time to check us in. Information given was not accurate. I booked rooms with breakfast only to find out we had to pay extra for breakfast. They just randomly charged me for things they said were free. The shower door would not stay closed, the entire bathroom ended up being wet any time we took a shower.
There are charges that were not explained. Had to call the finance department myself and they said they're just reading what they can see. The parking gate was broken, despite paying for parking we could not get in and out but had to get regular tickets. They promised us they'll take care of the parking fees so we won't get charged extra but I can't really trust that. It took 40 minutes on the phone to get an itemized bill.
