Positives:
It’s close to a lot of touristy things which is nice, and it’s pretty clean.
Negatives:
There’s nothing here worth what they charge. There’s not a single thing that comes with your stay. No parking, no mini fridge, no water fountains, no ice maker. You can either pay $36 a day to leave your car at an unaffiliated and unmonitored parking garage and walk over to the hotel from there or you can pay $50 to have the hotel park your car in the same garage.

I asked for an ironing board at 3pm. I called again at 4pm. . nothing came. I ended up walking down the hall and found a housecleaner who gave me one from an empty room.
Toilet seat wobbled . . and slid off its base.
Fire alarm at 10pm at night
No sugar/cream for coffee.
AND NO CASH ACCEPTED AT CAFE! This alone will deter me from ever staying at this hotel again. Cash is legal tender. .

Positives:
The location was very near to our venue. However, the traffic in that area is extremely busy. They also isn't very much space to park to check in. If you don't utilize their valet you have to park in a parking deck that is across a busy street from the hotel and you have to walk all the way with all of your luggage.
Negatives:
The hotel was very grubby. The rooms were grubby as well. The was mold/mildew in the bathroom and the wall in the bathroom was extremely soft from a water leak.

Not much to like at this place. My room was mostly clean, which is probably the only compliment I can give. It was relatively inexpensive compared to the other hotels in the area, that's why I gave it a shot. Never again.
Negatives:
Check-in sucked. Their systems must be ancient, as it took forever for the folks behind the counter to do anything. The staff was so busy 'fixing' problems that they had difficulty cutting the check-in line down. My room key didn't work, my shoes stuck to the floors in the lobby and elevator lobbies, so gross. Maintenance on the property is severely lacking. Beds were old and uncomfortable, and I had plastic pillows in my room. The TV was ancient and had a giant bright spot in the middle of it, the AC barely functioned, and they were stingy as hell with the TP and towels. The provided soaps and shampoos were different colors, which freaked me out, and the TP would make John Wayne flinch. Room service was incredibly inconsistent, sometimes they left towels, sometimes not. The towels felt like sandpaper, everything was as low-budget as you can possibly get. Think Dollar Store buys - not what you expect from a hotel. The elevators are not good, it felt like we were going to die on almost every trip. This place is the definition of lipstick on a pig - the lobby was nice, and that was about it.

In the first room there was no hot water. The tub didn't drain and there was hair around the room and it wasn't mine. The night desk person was nice but the 2nd room wasn't completely ready for a guest. Beds were made but there wasn't any soap or shampoo the tub didn't drain well in that room either. The advertised balcony was closed off and not accessible. Overall it was no better than a dressed up motel 6.
