Well let's start off with The room I booked and the room I got wasn't the same . I booked a king suite not a queen hot room . All you can smell is weed . Blood on the bathroom wall in the men room in lobby. Called about the hot room and they just told me what I wanted to hear to get me off of the phone . Called 2 times . Staff is on the way they said . Yea haven't seen them yet

There were so many people smoking weed . 4 different couples in pool area smoking weed. Floor 15 weed smell. My room was HOT are crap. I call down to service desk 2 times . They said they would call a tech to come look at it or move us . Yea . That didn't happen . I have stayed here like 30 times in the past but that is my last stay there. My son's room 208 had ants and was hot also . Thanks for a uncomfortable stay .

The drugs and the blood on the wall in the men's bathroom in lobby . Told staff about it on Friday and it's still there on Sunday. Guess a meth Head was shooting up in the bathroom and got blood on the walls

The room was not as nice as expected (old and very basic), and had to wait for the room to be cleaned about an hour and a half past check-in time. Also had to pay $50 for parking.

The guys at the luggage place were friendly and nice.
Negatives:
When I arrived, the person at the check in was not friendly. I knew check in time was 4pm and all I wanted to know from her was whether I could leave my luggage at the hotel and return later for check in. All she said was “all our rooms are booked” with an unfriendly face (what??? I’m not asking for booking!). She made me feel like I was annoying to her. When I returned for check in, it was another person with the same unfriendly face at the check in desk. She requested me to provide my card and said she would take 450$ from my card. I asked if this is a deposit or something, to which she just gave me a cold look. Many days after I checked out and asked them (via booking) when would the $450 return to my card and still no reply. It was my first time in Atlanta and I was treated unfriendly.
