Negatives: We had issues upon our arrival and it required SIX different interactions with staff to try to get problems resolved. Carlos, a manager we approached randomly in the hallway was the ONLY one who took care of our needs and he APOLOGIZED to us. None of the other staff said they were sorry. We had no shower curtain. No soap of any kind—no hand soap, bath soap or shampoo! We couldn’t shower or even wash our hands. This is not OK. We won’t stay there again.
