They gave me the wrong room. Not the room I reserved/booked. (I had a terrible view of rooftops) and (not the park view) as I requested/reserved.
And the hotel valet which was (mandatory) at that hotel, damaged my vehicle.
The pool was also closed for repairs during our stay.

The location was perfect for what we wanted to do. This is the 2nd time we stayed here and will continue to stay here when we come to Atlanta. The room was spacious and the bed was super comfy. Enjoyed sitting in the park in the evening.

The front staff were extremely humble and caring (specially Mr. Jamal) which make us feel so special. Regularly asking about anything we need or about stay is really appreciated and heard. As usual, Embassy by Suites breakfast was always delicious.
Negatives:
The swimming pool was closed which was a bummer for my 10 year old nephew, for which I'll blame Booking.com didn't mention on their website since hotel staff said that during this time the pool is closed and re-open during summer only.

The staff was super friendly and the hotel was very nice and clean. The atmosphere was very laid back with people playing cards in the lobby.

We went to walk to the aquarium and a homeless man pooped in the sidewalk by the steakhouse located in the hotel.
