Positives:
The room smelled freshly clean. The receptionist is nice.
Negatives:
Our premium suite was not ready when we arrived at 4:30pm. Check in is at 4pm. The room should have been ready. I opt in for the digital key but it was not activated 4 hrs later that made all our key cards deactivated. The sinks and toilet were clogged.

Positives:
This hotel is in the center of everything... very convenient location! The staff is friendly and helpful. My room felt like an apartment (suit). Everything you needed for a stay (refrigerator, microwave, etc.) for a few days was available.
Negatives:
Most of the electrical outlets did not work well. We got by on the two we could find operating. Also, the bathtub was extremely slow to drain after a shower.
Otherwise, the room was excellent and worth revisiting.

Really enjoyed sleeping in the king size bed

Pull out sofa was awful for the kids, You could see the coils in the mattress
The drainage in the bathroom sink and tub was really slow
The pool was murky and warm
The price of parking was too much for a paying guest in an unsecure, uncovered parking lot.
