Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

Positives:
The front desk person was very pleasant and tried to be accommodating. She was willing to refund my money because I did not stay and was only on property 15min. Booking. Com is unwilling to refund or reply to my request, however.
Negatives:
No refund was issued.
First room reeked of pot smoke and the curtain for the main window on first floor was off the track and wouldn't close. Second option I was given was on the backside of the property... Loud children and teens playing in parking lot. Filthy stairwell and walkways with garbage in spots; toilet would flush in the room. Stains in multiple places on countertops. Dingy.

Terrible. I left and found...
Positives:
It was good for location. The bed was actually decent as far as comfortability & the AC was nice and cold . The staff were very nice and knowledgeable.
Negatives:
It was trash outside which I thought was kind of tacky. The smell of the room was not pleasant. I had some blunt spray in the car, so I just used that. It was a bit of food stains around kitchen area but it wasn’t anything too crazy. Shower was ok. You honestly get what you pay for, so I have no major complaints.

Nice front desk clerk… That’s it!
Negatives:
I didn’t like the property at all. Reason being is the fact that people live in there. But most of all the paint peeling off the walls and the bath tub. Holes all over the walls and ceiling. Just didn’t feel safe at all. But it also had this dry mold smell in it too. Just wasn’t over all please with the place. The thing that top it all for us was finding a died roach in our room..
