Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. When we arrived we were told "were overbooked, your rooms been canceled". When asked why they didn't contact us or contact booking.com to notify us they said "we called once and that's all we HAVE to do". I asked if they left a message with any information or directions to call back to find out about the cancelation they said "No, we didn't leave a voicemail. We don't have to, and you booked through a 3rd party so call them". I contacted booking.com, they sent an email with no response so booking.com canceled our reservation as "canceled by property" and was told there would be no charge to my card.. Within 10 minutes the Hotel charged my card and when I called they said "Call guest relations on Monday. nothing we will do for you."
DO NOT BOOK HERE.

As I walked in the front door to the lobby it smells like dope, smoked cbd. Hard to breathe. The bed sheet was not changed. The body dirt was quite evident. The cabinets were dirty and damaged all over. The room should be re-done. The front did not take my word for it. They sent someone to inspect. I was given another room. I removed the comforter and the sheet had pieces of fried crumbs all over it. The counter stove area; backsplash, the vent hood, the refrigerator next to it had hard yellow grease on them that have not been cleaned for sometimes. The front desk personnel changed the sheet. I sent to Walmart, purchased cleaning and disinfectant products and cleaned the entire room myself. I did not want to spoil my trip that I came to visit my daughter and my grandchildren. Unfortunately, I could not let them come in the place as it was an embarrassment. The room had hole on the wall that I had to cover with paper towel. I took a.few pictures and videos. I can send them to you or publish them on social media. The worst experience I ever encountered in hotel stay.

Staff attitude. The staff who allowed the garbage room and probably saw nothing wrong with it had to verify my complaint before giving me another room. The building smell like dope. The room was dirty and not clean. Inside of the microwave was rusted. Cooking, dishware had to be purchased. That was not mentioned during booking. I felt the hotel was conniving to me on that basis. I will have to send you the pictures and videos via email. I am unable to send them through this survey.

I was in room 237. When entering the room it looked clean but upon further inspection, it wasn’t. There was an opened and partially drunk water bottle on the counter. Dirt on the floor in the kitchen and bathroom and the microwave was filthy. There were also dried smashed bugs everywhere. The AC was also very loud when it came on. There was a leak in the bathroom above the shower from the room above and what smelled like mold most likely from the leak. Also, I turned all the lights off to go to bed but when I heard the drips from the leak I went into the bathroom to see what it was and when I turned the lights on there were roaches all over the place. I needed up turning every light on in the room and slept with the lights on. It would also be good if the $100 deposit was noted somewhere prior to booking.

Everything worked. Air, hot water, etc. second desk attended I saw was very nice but the first was not.
Negatives:
I had to ask for new towels the next day. They didn't give us anything in the room except for the standard towels and one bar of hotel soap. No shampoo no conditioner, no soap for the sink which I thought they would have since they have a kitchen. They didn't have any extra toiletries like toothpaste or anything like that.
