I wasn't able to check in. I called them, they said someone will be there to check me in within 20 mins. I waited for 2 hours. No one was there. There were at least 4 others who faced the same issue. I booked another hotel later and stayed there.

Room was not clean, hallways smelled of smoke, breakfast included per reservation non-existent, if you plan to stay here for Oglethorpe Graduation- please pass.
Negatives:
Staff not on duty, broken items in room. Room has a shop vac and hepa filter machine attempting to remove the awful smell from the room. Requested small refund for “no breakfast or coffee” in a.m. room did not have any items in kitchen like cups, silverware, plates etc. let alone a coffee maker to make your own coffee since the property did not provide breakfast although was advertised.

I liked nothing. It is by far the worst hotel I have stayed at. Please stay away from this hotel. Free breakfast is a big joke.

Unclean lobby, super unclean and uncomfortable rooms, reclusive staff who were not even there at checkout in the morning at 7:30 AM. What more can anyone ask for? The toilet was clogged overnight, sink would take 10 mins to drain water, pathetic beds.
