The staff were top-notch. It's extremely rare that I've gone to a hotel and was actually impressed with the staff at the front desk. They genuinely seem to care about the people who stay there. This shocked me even more considering this is Atlanta, GA. Those people deserve to be paid more for their services, in all honesty. I was also shocked that we got a complimentary breakfast at all. Even when it was all basic, it's little things like this that really elevate the experience.
Negatives:
The room, specifically. I don't know why, but maybe the dehumidifier inside the aircon unit in the room was busted, but literally EVERYTHING was damp. The carpet was damp; the linoleum floor was damp; the toilet seat was damp; all cloth was damp, specifically the bedsheets (and so were my clothes by the next morning, btb). Being in that room was like swimming in water; it was literally unbearable. In fact, it was so unbearable that I was actually incredibly glad that an emergency came up in my family and I had to leave early. I'm 100% certain that I would've been miserable in that room if I stayed in it for more than a few days.
To put into perspective just how damp it was in that room, I had some cardboard boxes I brought up--just regular corrugated cardboard--and literally by the next morning, it was already soggy and damp, getting that warped look. I have never seen anything like this before in a room with an aircon unit. My garage at home, even in the middle of summer nights where it's 100% humid, cardboard boxes wouldn't get that soggy. It was truly flabbergasting.
The front door to the building was also a manually pulling double door, which is honestly terrible if you're actually staying for an extended period of time and have a lot of stuff to bring to the room. It was a struggle to get the u-boat through the door because there weren't even any door stops to keep it open.
The room I stayed in also had a clogged sink with a broken (or disabled) garbage disposal; there was no handle on the refrigerator because it was broken off; almost none of the overhead fans worked except the stove fan; there wasn't any option for dehumidification on the aircon unit (which is mandatory to me for literally any hotel in the entire Southeast USA due to how humid it gets here in summer); and the tub held literal pints of water in it that wouldn't go down the drain because it was bowed in the middle so bad.

20 minute walk from truist Park since my buddy and I were going to the phillies and Braves game since we're philly fans. The room was very spacious and comfortable and will absolutely come back here if I go to that ballpark again or stay in the Atlanta area. 9/10

Property location was excellent! Highly recommend for someone going to the Braves game! Official Braves parking lots are only 1 block from hotel! This was a big reason we chose this property. Even if we paid for parking, we’d be walking the same distance minus 1 block.
Negatives:
The smells were horrible and overwhelming! The carpet in the hallways definitely needed replacing. It smelled like mold/ mildew. But our room was even worse. We never could figure out the odd smell that hit us in the face every time we walked through the door.
