No pool as advertised! No breafast as advertised! No ice machine! Can you believe that? First hotel I ever stayed at in my life that didn’t have an ice machine! Unbelievable! I will never never never stay at an Extended Stay again. I’d really like to have my money back. The whole reason we stayed there was for the pool.

Announce breakfast and it’s nothing at all. Swimming pool was not open staff said due to not having anyone to do maintenance. Rooms were dirty I was moved twice. One sofa bed had balls of white powder and the other had no mattress to sleep on

The attendant at the desk was awesome & extremely friendly. No problems with the staff at all! Cleanliness is the major problem with this hotel.
Negatives:
The lobby was dirty and the elevator was filthy. Our room was NOT clean. The table in the kitchenette had a sticky substance or food all over it. BOTH light bulbs in the bedroom area were burnt out, so we had no light in the bedroom. The bath tub had water in it when we arrived (but the drain plug was open). The toilet had urine stains on the front of it beneath the toilet seat where it had not been cleaned in a long time. There were stains on a pillow case that looked like blood stains. The door lock on the door was flimsy and not secured to the door. The ENTIRE hotel from the lobby, into the elevator, into & in our room smelled like weed AND stale cigarette smoke.

Everything was awful. Initial smell consisted of Marijuana, mothballs and bleach. Room was disgusting, dirty. Floors had a slimy feeling. Mold on windows, in shower. Bed skirts looked like someone vomited down the side. Recliner didnt work. Partially painted kitchen. Side of refrigerator was disgusting. Layers of dust. Light between beds flickered constantly. All of the furniture was dinged up and old. Laughably, there was a sticker on the mirror with their cleaning process that's clearly not followed. Pool not open in JULY. How is this place even open?
Oh, and expect a $100 deposit upon checking in that's returned in "3-5 business days."
