It smelled strongly of marijuana and some other nasty smell. The carpet in the lobby and hallways was dirty and never vacuumed. The room was sterile and not comfortable. We specifically chose a hotel with a gym, pool, and breakfast. The breakfast was laughable, the “gym” was 2 treadmills and 1 elliptical, the pool was closed. To say we were disappointed is an understatement.

Amazing value in a great location! Nice, big, clean suite at an affordable price. The surrounding area is safe. Also, the staff was very friendly. This will definitely be my preferred place to stay in the Atlanta area from now on!
Negatives:
The windows lacked sheer curtains. My suite was on the first floor and faced the parking lot. That meant I had to choose between natural light and privacy. Breakfast was very minimal, but there's a Krispy Kreme down the street anyway!

Property wasn’t kept up, shower was peeling and no hot water for 5 min or so. Holes in the walls. Key wouldnt work in entry door. No towel service unless we brought them to the desk and picked them up. Air wasn’t working when we checked in so they switch ed our room. Complimentary breakfast was less than satisfactory.

The lobby was dirty, hallways were also dirty.the room was dirty, the bathroom had mold including in the tub and ceiling. bathroom vent wasn't operating and the tub was leaking water. microwave was dirty also. The front desk clerk said she would put in a request. The clerk also said that housekeeping comes in to clean every 7 days. We couldn't shower there. I would not recommend the establishment. It was awful and I couldn't wait to get out of there.

The room itself was clean, stocked with clean towels, soap, etc. Large fridge. Good microwave, new kitchen cabinets. Clean bathroom, fully stocked. Always someone available at front desk for questions etc. Enough parking. Safe quiet area. Noise didn't come up at all. Available kitchen amenities upon request (i didn't request). The odor from the hall didn't seem to affect the room.
Negatives:
The carpeted hall 1st floor from lobby to room is stinky. Seems air freshener is being sprayed in addition to an underlying odor. This made it feel like a bad experience/dirty hotel even though the building is physically nice looking and is in a great location and the room was ok. The hotel was listed as having a pool, but the pool is closed until June. This made it disappointing for the family vacation because I told my 7 year old there would be a pool.
Lastly, the pull out bed was one of the most uncomfortable beds i have ever experienced. I gave the only real bed to my two kids, a double bed, too small to fit the three of us without someone falling out in the night.
