Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

Love the lady when checking...
Positives:
The front desk person was pretty chill and engaging despite the long check in process. Location was decent, was a bit confusing as to which one we needed to go, since there's another building to the left with the sign to enter causing confusion.
Negatives:
Took a long time to get checked in and the hotel reeked of *eed the minute the front door opened as we walked in. The hallways also smelled similarly. Unfortunately,, we had couple of rooms booked and it was pretty late so we ended up staying despite being very uncomfortable there. There was absolutely no breakfast, the coffee was basically hot water with perhaps a coffee bean dropped in it to flavor it a bit.

This hotel is like a crack heaven with homeless people living there. It smells horrible. I was afraid for my son to walk around alone. The staff acted like I was bothering them while trying to check in. I was unable to check out as the staff was NOT available..

Front desk people were pleasant.
Other than that, nothing went well. It was filthy, tiny, and "breakfast"(cheap plastic-wrapped pastries & oat bars) was taken away at 930 am--we just wanted coffee at like 940 am but it was all taken away by then.
Negatives:
We were four people, but they would only give us two cups, and they had no extra pillows or blankets (we asked). Room was dirty and small. The stairwell stank of trash because they just left a garbage bin there, and the elevators weren't working.
