Positives:
The Georgian Terrace truly is one of those grand classic hotels from a bygone era and we enjoyed the feel of the place, even though we stayed in what seems to be a newer part of the hotel. Our suite on the 8th floor was comfy with a small sitting room, a good-sized bedroom, and a nice little balcony. Proper amenities like good bedside tables and lights, comfortable chairs and a desk, but surprisingly, no refrigerator. The atrium when you enter is very cool, and also neat from the upper floors by the elevators. Close to a Marta stop and several good restaurants.
Negatives:
Slightly flaky wifi and a confusing message about only one device being permitted, though it seemed it was possible to have more. It's part of the Hilton group and Hilton seems to indulge in pretensions of luxury where we'd rather have a little funkiness.

The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly.

The parking deck is not secure. 30 minutes after I checked in I went down to the parking deck to get my luggage to see my truck broken into and my window broken. There are no cameras on the 3rd floor of this so called secure parking deck.

the room was cold, the window did not close properly so there was air coming through, the floor was dirty and wet, the furniture very old scraped all over, it took over 25 mins to check in when there was nobody at reception, the breakfast was terrible (avocado tasting acidy and looking from 3 days cut - really ugly). I spoke with hotel manager and she promise me to give me full refund (not sure how this will work) Her names is Twanda Dawson

Upgraded to 2 bedroom suite which was very roomy and spacious. Would have enjoyed a few extra items such as wine key and a fridge perhaps. We called downstairs for a wine key and was told there were none which was a bit odd for a high end hotel. Staff were extremely helpful. Valet team were the BEST! So helpful and friendly. Front desk was great, housekeeping does an amazing job as it was very clean. Our favorite staff member was Earnie who served us in the Livingstone. He is a GEM! Hang on to him as he is all about the guest experience.
