Mattress was extremely uncomfortable. We had to ask four times for additional comforter to try and pad the mattress. Staff was slow and unconcerned.

Negatives:
Didn't like the fact you have to pay for parking. And pet fee of 75 is high for dogs under 30lbs but it is what it is.

Staff was very friendly, courteous and informative. Definitely knew we were in Atlanta (Southern hospitality!) Room was neat and clean with a contemporary decor. Bathroom was very neat and clean with modern, updated facilities. Great water pressure. Breakfast was pretty good. If we'd gotten up earlier, I'm sure it would have been very good. Staff did a very good job of keeping warm items (eggs and bacon/sausage) well stocked, and did an excellent job of keeping dining area clean and free of clutter. Especially in light of a Labor Day full capacity crowd! Also, Great location. Short walk to many ATL attractions and restaurants.
Negatives:
Honestly cannot think of a single thing to complain about during out stay. Which is highly unusual, as I'm a bit of a grouch during most outings.
